We want you to be fully satisfied with your Neighbor purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
